HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Use this information to monitor your package directly on the carrier’s website.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur if payment is incomplete, address information is missing, or during peak seasons. We will contact you if any issue arises.
Shipping Times:
- United States: Standard (Insured) 7–11 business days, Priority 4–6 business days
- Canada: Standard 8–12 business days, Priority 5–8 business days
- Other Countries: Standard 10–14 business days, Priority 6–9 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as weather, holidays, carrier errors, or production delays may affect shipping.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and duties. Carter-Parker.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
We process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel, contact support@carter-parker.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Note: Sale items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Follow the instructions to complete the return process.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Visit the Gift Cards section on our website, select an amount, and provide the recipient’s email and a message if desired. The gift card will be delivered electronically with instructions to redeem.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT?
Our products are covered for manufacturing defects for a limited period from the purchase date. Warranty covers workmanship issues only and does not include wear-and-tear or misuse. Terms may vary by product.

IS THERE A WAY TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING OR RECEIVE UPDATES ON MY ORDER STATUS?
Expedited & Insured Shipping:
You can select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free express shipping. All shipments are insured for loss or damage.

MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:
- Check your address and delivery location (neighbor, front desk).
- Look for carrier notes.
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
- If unresolved, contact support@carter-parker.com. We can help file a claim if necessary.
